The Walter 11-F042 Zip Cut Stainless Cut Off Wheel is a 4-1/2-inch extra-thin abrasive cutting wheel designed for fast, cool, and contamination-free cutting on stainless steel and nickel alloys.
- Contamination-Free: Formulated completely free of iron, sulfur, and chlorine to prevent rust and metallurgical degradation on stainless steel or inox.
- Cool Cutting: The ultra-thin profile minimizes friction and heat buildup, preventing discoloration (bluing) or warping of the metal.
- Clean Finish: Delivers fast, burr-free cuts that reduce or eliminate the need for secondary deburring or grinding
