STEAM HOSE EPDM

Steam hoses are designed to transfer saturated steam, and sometimes hot water, between different points, primarily for industrial applications. STEAM MAXX EPDM is an extremely flexible hose for use with steam at temperatures up to 208°C (406°F).  Not suitable for superheated steam. Steam hose is manufactured to a 10:1 safety factor.

Tube: Black EPDM rubber, compounded to resist heat aging
Reinforcement: Layers of high tensile steel wire
Cover: Red abrasion & heat resistant EPDM rubber
Temperature Range:  -40 C to +208 C (-40 F to +406 F)
Standard Lengths: 50, 100 ft
General Applications

Commonly used for heating, cleaning, thawing, fire prevention, and various other processes where steam is a key component.
