Start Date: October 1, 2025

Status: The performance period (“Term”) for these contracts is established from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2036. The Term includes a five-year base period, followed by two option periods of three years each.

Services: These contracts will provide turnaround and layover services, 1500-mile inspections, and through-train support across multiple Amtrak service locations nationwide.

Under the terms of the contracts, Mansour US Rail will perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and turnaround support for Amtrak’s fleet at nine designated service sites, ensuring continued reliability and operational readiness.

Service Locations: Under these agreements, Mansour US Rail will provide ongoing turnaround and layover services, 1500-mile inspections, and through-train support at nine Amtrak service locations, including St. Albans, Charlotte, Portland, Norfolk, Newport News, Savannah, Mobile, Brunswick, and Roanoke.

Each location will operate under a defined scope of work to ensure consistent service delivery and contract performance throughout the duration of the Term.
